BACK TO SCHOOL!

Well the day the kids have been dreading had finally arrived,

 where we packed their books and said our goodbyes.

There have been plenty of laughs, games and lots of fun,

a great time to spend all the money...thanks to mum!

the good ol holiday with plenty of cheer

But towards the end it is all the fighting and tears!

Well, I guess we all have been there and have done that

but now it's our turn to sit back and relax!.

Sorry kids but the holidays have come to an end,

now it's time to pester your friends!

To all of you lucky mums (and dads) that 'got rid' of the kids today - well done for lasting through the holidays.  Doesn't it make you appreciate teachers that little bit more.

As for me, I think I need my head read but our youngest (14 year 10) is being home schooled from this year. Whoo Hoo!!!!

There have been some major upheavals in the school she used to attend and it just isn't safe any more.

Other daughter at college and 1 son at Uni, the other bloke is a shop assistant so not quiet an empty nest here.....................yet.

LOL how very true that is....although my girls have long left school....and I will be sending off my little one in 2010 ....to do it all again. It is good at this stage I can sleep in until 8.30 (if HE sleeps in) and there is no rush for that 3pm pick up.....ohh yes I will miss my carefree days.
