Gilhooley's Irish Tavern

Yum !!  We just went to our local Gilhooley's for dinner!!! The meal was fantastic and great value for money.  We had a voucher in our mailbox this week for a free nibblies platter for a party of 10 or more.  So that was provided.  And then they have a birthday club and you get a free $30 voucher for your birthday meal.  And they had a special menu, 2 meals for the price of one.  (meals such as reef and beef with yummy yummy garlic prawns, pasta, chicken shcnitzel, seafood basket)  The end result was 10 generous, delicious meals and the nibblies platter for just $129.  I think this is great value.  Especially for good food, service and atmosphere.  Our Gilhooleys has 'kids eat free all school holidays' deal as well.  Definitely be going back!!

Kids eat FREE!!! That is my type of meal. I also love buy one get one FREE!!!

I too might have to go and give it a try on the school holidays.

Only a IRISH bar would have such good deals. They love it when they have a house full of freindly people to chat with and have a good laugh with also. Im only saying this because i come from a VERY long line of irish family. Both parents are irish. My mum was from the south and my dad from the north. You can imagine the arguments in my house LOL.  Not to forget the fun and laughter of course.

It sounds like a grest place to have a meal. Pity i cant come to find out. Damn.
