Trying Hard!
Hey,
Maybe because it is late, and that is when emotions are a bit frayed..
However do you ever feel, when your trying soooooooooooo hard and really putting in the effort (and Im actually refering to getting extra things done to the beauty room) sorta sad that the return is not happening the way you want it??
Jus feeling a bit exhausted I guess from trying, and not actually getting.

You seem to be very passionate about what you do and I am sure others can see this as well. Rome wasn't built in a day and you have to put in the hard yards to reap the rewards. I'm sure if you continue success will surely follow. I do however think that sometimes we can try a little bit too hard and need to take a step back and slow down a bit.
Good luck Richard and I'm sure everything will work out in the long run.

It is very hard sometimes not being able to get things moving as fast as you would like them to, but I am sure that you are making sure but steady progress.

Richard honey, I think we all know how you're feeling right now.It happens to everyone occaisionally. It sure as heck happened to me for the first couple of months of this year (things are finally picking up thankfully!) and I got really down about it.All you can do is lean on the people who support you (US!!) and keep up the good work, things will pick up for you hon!! ..........even I was at the beginning of this year, going?? ok??what now?? how much more can I take/put in before things start popping up roses?? - and then bam! it just kinda happened......I am so excited.........there is so much up the sleeves for Hush-Hush soon.....and I am sure that will happen to you too.....
And like Zammy said, maybe take a little step back.........I am.......yeah!!! Easter is coming, and I have booked us in for 2 nights in a motel, and we are taking the kids to the theme parks on the gold coast !! Because they deserve a break as much as I do!!!
And you keep coming back here so we can keep you motivated as well..........cause Gosh Knows, we love you!!!

Even just reading support bumps you up with that nice tingly glow and feeling, (OOOO or is that something else stirring)
After I finished everything yesterday, the phone was ringing, I new it would have been an appointment = money but I though buggar it, I need to sleep and rest or I wont be able to takle what Thursday brings, soon after playing here I am going to rest again until the phone rings - my proactive (and I don't mean that revolting skin care) button needs a rest, time to be a bit passive as it were.

Richard, Time and time again I see members of my team working so hard on different things, just feeling like they are plodding along, wanting more and more; and then............
it all falls into place for them. They become our top sellers, win our competitions, and start reaping the rewards that we provide - not to mention the extreme boost it gives their self-confidence! I can't even begin to explain - how great it makes me feel to see them enjoying it all so much.
So keep going for it Richard - its all going to be so wonderful for you in the end!
