Scrapbooking is as hard or as easy as you want to make it.  Very easy simple techniques can be used to great effect, eeg. sandpapering the edge of photos.

I would love to give someone my photos and for them to do them "up" for me?

My daugher loves scrapbooking and has been doing  all our overseas trips and has just finished our December  holiday album. Her work is just amazing..

Her friend came over with her scrapbook  last week and in the end she wanted lessons from my daughter and she got them..

We found this awesome shop called crazy sams and I swear i could not believe it but all scrapbooking stuff was .25cents to $1.  retail was like $3-$8. We have stocked up big time.

Peter even got into it the other week and did a couple of pages.

It really is a fun hobby.

If I lived in Qld I would have gladly taken you on board M. I use to be with Creative Memories years ago. I was with them for about 8 or so years and use to run regular workshops at the school hall near where i live. I use to do home class's as well and attended every meeting i could to keep up to date with the latest at that time. I can remember when Vellum was huge LOL . And hexagon, heart , square and circle punches were a must. I have to say I am reknowned for not sticking with any kind of hobby for any great lengths of time but i did manage to keep this one going for quite some time :) It can be very relaxing if you have the allocated time to do it. Sometimes the simplest of pages often look the best. I could go on forever here haha. But I will shut up now.

One thing I would like to mention though in regards to what Mj asked. My neighbour was going to start up a service like that that did the scrapbooking for you. She was calling it Scrapbooks R Us haha original i know :) But it never got off the ground.

The only other site I know of doing WONDERFUL things with your pics is Snapshot Occassions http://www.snapshotoccasions.com/ I have used their service twice now and am very happy with the results.

BTW  I started scrapbooking when I had the bubbas.  H is now 7, and I only got up to her being 3 months in her scrapbook and never got back into it...........I pray for that day when I have the time to get back into it.

My Friend Connie, has her own business - From Draws to Walls. Basically, she takes your photos, enlarges them, and puts them on canvas, for you to display in your home. You can have as little or as much input in the creation as you would like. The sizes vary. I have tried to get her to sign up to the pp site, so this might encourage her even more! LOL!

I am a Stampin Up! Consultant, and love to scrapbook! I haven't done a class per se, as I believe everyone has different photos, and tastes to how they want their photos. I could however do an 'all in' class, where I supply all the card, embellishments etc, and help everyone with where they are at - some of the ladies/gents might use my items in their own way without any assistance, and others might need a step by step guide to what to do where!

M, if you are interested, I would really like to get together with you for a coffee before you decide to take me up on my offer. That way, you can see what I've done, and how I do things. There is no point me helping you if you don't like my style!!!
