so one side of the business is sales and the other side is sharing.
when you do the both together consistently, you will have a great business.

For some reason when here I slip into jargon.
There was some study somewhere, if I find it I will post it, but recruiting as a word is shown to be a negative, where the word sponsor is better out of the two, but when chatting, I avoid jargon or try too :)
