Maybe the person who has listed all the products on Ebay is no longer a consultant and selling off their kit.  I would send them an quick email first before going and letting Head office know.  Maybe they were unaware.  I'd keep an eye on their listings and if it seems like they are adding products and it's obvious they are retailing on Ebay, I'd then inform Head office.  Just my thoughts.

In the end I sent a copy of the link to a more senior le reve consultant who I work closely with and she is going to look into it further. She's doing what you suggested and will go from there once she has been in contact with the person in question.
