It is just my mother and my two dogs in my immediate family, and as time goes by, i guess i am finding i would love to have more time to spend with my family and of course friends.  Becoming a manager may not give me all the time in the world to do so right away, but it is the most important step in the right direction for me.

After all these years, i have been working harder-now its all about working smarter.
