I AM POSTING THIS IN THE HOPE THAT SOMEONE ELSE OUT THERE HAS A SIMILIAR SITUATION..
MY HUBBY HAS A SNORING PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE IS OVER TIRED, WHICH CAN SOMETIMES BE MOST NIGHTS WITH 2 YOUNG TODDLERS...
I WOULD NORMALLY KICK HIM OUT OF BED, AS I CANNOT SLEEP THEN, AND I REALLY HATE DOING THIS..
YES I KNOW I AM BITCH, BUT I NEED TO GET MY SLEEP TOO, I AM LIGHT SLEEPER..
AM SURE THERE ARE LADIES OUT THERE, IN THE SAME VOTE..
CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND A SNORING REMEDY THAT THEY HAVE USED OR KNOW OF SOMEONE THAT IS USING ONE AND WORKS WONDERS...
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT THANKS

Joyce,
A mate of mine had a massive snoring problem, so much so - if he ever stayed over or visa virsa, it was embarrasing for him, and painfull to hear from his friends.
After trying most of the things available - what fixed it in the end, is probably what you not want to hear - surgery - he now sleeps quietly. i am sure your looking for something other than surgery, but when it all comes down to your sleep deprivation, which is better, to have sleep and comfort, or you continually getting upset, and kicking your hubby onto the lounge??
Go to your GP or sleep specialist, and get professional advise:)
they will know all the other natural methods available, but ultimately and more than likely for chronic snorers, they the GP & Specialist will suggest surgery.

The only thing with my hubby is getting him to speak to the doctor about it...
And if it came to surgery it will be a NO NO for him as he hates hospitals

In our house we take it in turns to be the snoring one (fortunately) and at the moment it appears to be me - Murray tells me he often sleeps with the pillow over his head and his arms wrapped around holding it tight - luckily for me he's only put it on his head and not mine YET!
Not sure if you feel you want to get up close and personal with a pillow ...

Until he turns off the noise, turn off the sex, he will soon get the message :)
Seriousely, snoring causes massive problems, and any family problems you have through the day will be hightned at night.
Unless he takes this seriousely, and he should, he either sleeps else where, and you remain guilt free, or he has HIS problem fixed, it really is an easy solution. Should he chosse otherwise it is being selfish.

p.s when and if I decide to actually sleep with my partner, if he snores, I will have no hesitation, or guilt about kicking him out of bed, I barely sleep well as it is, and to be woken by that type of noise throughout the night no way not on.
