Hi, I do swimming two times a week and cycling three times. Melbourne is one of, actually the best state for bike riding, safe and put away tracks from the roads, brilliant!
Besides that I also do a Pilates class every fortnight. I used to be a gym junkie but have reduced this. I have never been the one to sit around, I like to move and I’m a night owl too!

I used to go to the gym 5x a week but with 2 kids in tow I found that too hard,. Now I get up before everyone else in the house and go for a half hour walk. Then while the kids are watching Teletubbies I'll do some strentgh excercises, push ups, tricep dips, etc.
I love playing netball, tennis and squash but too hard to do that with the kids and my husband unpredictable work schedule
