It happens when you copy and paste from another file!
I had this happen, and had to re format my typing, and mostly retype it, so they didn't come up!
It gave me the heebies!!!
But, it's more work, so it's up to you!
Always Preview, then you'll know where to make changes ie, backspace, and retype! You can still edit your post too btw.
