and figured out that as long as my shows had 9+ buying guests- the sales were never under $530.  (which is a nice check for me!)  It's the parties that had 4-5-6 guests- that the numbers were all over the place.. some of them had $400, while others usually had closer to the $150 mark.  Ouch.  At least I know where to aim for now =)
