What's the most unusual way, you dated a party?

Actually this happened only last weekend. My partners work mate also plays in a band we were going to watch when I was called in last minute for a party. I went to the party and finished a little earlier than usual. I decided to meet up with my partner ( It was our first night ever without the kids) The singer of the band noticed my Quiver shirt and asked me about it when I told him he said he wanted to buy for his wife so I told him if he hosted a party I would get him one free. Needless to say everyone in the band wants to buy and I now have a party booking woohooo

One of the ladies at our regional meeting last night shared an interesting tale.

She had to go in for a breast exam and because she was wearing one of our bra and nicker sets she got complimented. She got a party booking and a catalogue party booking!

Back last year I got myself some false nails for the first time.
They were green with our "LR" Logo in silver on each of the ring fingers.

the manager at our local supermarket noticed them from a distance
and came to have a look. What does LR stand for?
I told her, showed her our gorgeous catalogue, and she booked
a demo there and then.

Mind you, it was a total disaster, my fingers got infected, i removed the
falsies, heaps of pain for 6 months, and i will never do it again!!

Oh that is a unique story of a booking!!

I don't have any funny stories about bookings... mine have been fairly run of the mill bookings.  But please continue to share!!!

I was at the local shops about 12 months ago - on my way to a tupperware party so i had my badge on already and i was walking out of a shop- literally bumped into a woman who ended up noticing my badge and said to me - "what are you doing next weekend? I am having a housewarming party and would love to turn it in to a tupperware party but didnt know who to contact!" So of course i did it and now (12 months later) I am about to do her 3rd party with me!!

She is a wonderful person and buys from me just about every month... she is hoping to join up with me next year once her little one is at school!
