Uh Oh. I just heard my survey was too long or too hard and that people were pulling out half-way. I didn't think it was too long but will defitnitley consider reconstructing it for you perhaps in parts or in a wordpad or office document to make it easier so you don't have to go back and forth with the images and form buttons.

I filled it all out and then when I got to the end I had missed one, so I clicked back where it asked to fill it in.  Problem was it cleared ALL the answers!  I couldn't be bothered doing it all again.  Does that feedback help?

Oh guys thanks for the feedback, richy I know what I need to do now just I don't know how at the moment, I need to find a free form program which allows for images next to different buttons. As my website doesn't do this at the moment for that many fields. I'm really sad to hear that Kelly, I am working on it don't you worry.

I was thinking it would be easier through word/office 2007, I will save it as 2003 or 2007 as I have 2007 and can save as either.

Let me know which you prefer or if you can help and sorry!!!

I didn't find it too long, but maybe it could be a little clearer.... eg, before this question Every item comes with a gift box, how do you rate this? , perhaps say Please refer to Survey 1 etc. Its not very 'smooth' if that makes sense as you are talking about what 'we' do, then all of a sudden you are asking about gift boxes... hope this isn't coming across too bad.

From Product 7, you have missed out "FAIR" for an option.

On the gold page you have the Amythest ring as 'pink sapphires'  and is everything on that page the same price or is it just for that first ring?

Putting the survey in word would definately help!

AND, it also cleared all my answers.  I even went back over everything before submitting to make sure I didn't miss anything, but it said that I did. :(

Hey guys, gosh I never knew how bad it was, thanks for all your suggestions and help though. I also tried poll daddy but that has a limit to the number of questions you can have but thanks to the great sources of google I have found another survey provider which allows for image uploads, so get ready for the new survey soon guys.
