Not sure if this is the right place to post...or if this newbie can be so bold as to ask this question but...
What is the best way to get contact details of party attendees who don't order (or who combine their order on a friends form to save shipping fees).
I've missed a couple of leads this way and now I'm annoyed I can't touch base with them again...
thanks :)

Everyone gets one!
I give away a free lens cloth with ENJO, or a gift for Stampin Up!
It has name and phone and email
with 3 boxes to tick:
~ I would like more information about becoming an ENJO consultant
~ I would like a demonstration in my home with the opportunity to earn ENJO dollars and more!
~ I would like to be emailed about upcoming specials
If you'd like a copy, pm me, and I'll email it to you!
Hope this helps. I find it works a treat!

I ask people to still fill out their details on an order form (at the beginning of a presentation) so I can include them on my mailing list. They don't always comply but when they do there is normally valuable information on there, eg, they've circled a product they liked.

Hello everyone!
I invite everyone to join my special VIP club by filling out their name, address and or email address on the order form. By doing this they are included in my monthly specials that are only available to those who share their contact information. Before the party I look for anyone who just took advantage of a monthly special and share the discount they received with the group. Women love to be part of a "club" and don't like being left out so I find this works very well.
Hope this helps

Lavina...thanks...have sent you a PM
Cathy...the discount "club" is just something you've made up on your own, or is it supported by your company? I mean, are the discounts company wide or just a discount that you offer to your own customers? Good idea though!
Kelly...yes...just asking straight out for ctc details is pretty transparent...do you find most people take you up on the offer?

Hi,
I consider myself to be the quiet achiever when it comes to parties/bookings /sales. Not pushy and relaxed.
Yes, you do sometimes get customers who don't order. But i always make conversation with them at a party and ask the question would they like information at a later date.
I have achieved bookings this way or private sales. Because sometimes the timing was not right for them at that party but down the track it sometimes suits better.
Emails - people think they will be spammed so unfortunately we need to step carefully with the email subject.
Just ask what their preference is phone call or email or none at all.
Cheers,
Margie

The discounts are from the company but the VIP club was my idea. My VIP club allows folks to be the first to see the company special offers and any discount I would offer. I also offer discounts like free shipping if they take advantage of a special offer from the company. I normally email the VIP club one time each month just to keep Lemongrass Spa visable and on their mind.
