My names Tina Carver and I live in Tassie with my 6 kids and hubby, Iam a consultant for Saucy Fish Jewellery, and am the only one in Tassie at the moment!! Saucy Fish are a very new company and thats why I decided to join them! I wanted a company that was new, exciting, and one that I could really build on, and I think Saucy Fish is it.
The company is amazing and all the ladies I'm involved with are Beautiful.
The company has an amazing 35% commissions for consultants, but I liked the idea of getting all my personal purchases for 40% discount for life!!

I am the Qld Recruiting & Training Director, and now have 19 on my team! Woo Hoo!!!
I'm really enjoying every bit of it at the moment - and hope that many more SaucyFish join us on this great site.
My partner and I also have 6 kids - but thats between us,. My 3 boys live with us permanently and then my partners other 3 come and stay with us as much as possible. We have 5 boys amongst that and 3 of the kids are 11 years old so we have HEAPS of fun around here when they all get together.!!!

And thanx for the welcome, have had a very busy week and only just found time to back to the site!! Saucy Fish is doing wonderfully down this way, and October is a busy month indeed, I've got 6 parties plus a market to do, which is terriffic.
Just a question for you all- What is the best way that you have found to recruite people? I am not really good at this part at the moment and would like any help you all have.

GREAT to see Saucy Fish is doing well in TASSIE LAND, Congrats on your party bookings thats fantastic, I too am a Saucy Fish catalogue consultant here in Melb
When it ccomes to Recruiting people - Word Of Mouth is going to be a biggie (specifically Tassie people they always go with what their friends say lol we have relatives in Tassie) Advertise in your local paper in the Self Employment Section & put flyers up in noticeboards too & CHAT to EVERYONE lol

I think the Number 1 place for you to try recruiting - and the best part is it costs you nothing - is during your Parties! If your Hostess obtained heaps of outside orders easily - mention to her about being a Catalogue Consultant, If you have a customer with a mile long wish list - mention to her about being a Catalogue Consultant. Also, a big draw card you could use at the moment is to promote that you are the only PP Consultant in the whole of Tassie!! that would spark some interest I'm sure.
If you do want to go with the newspaper thing - I have found that the free local papers that get delivered to peoples homes is the best. I got no response from the big Brisbane paper (Courier Mail) but have had heaps of calls from the small local papers.
