I mentioned in another post somewhere that originally when my sponsor tried to help me with Network Marketing - all I could do was put up this massive fence between us, as Multi Level Marketing, Network Marketing, Multi Channel Marketing had in the past left a very nasty dirty flavour in my mouth from other people doing the dirty on me.
Hence that left me very cautious about joining any Network Marketing company again for a business venture, let alone try and introduce other people into the business.
I feel all the Network Marketing companies provide the tool for us to have a company of our own, at a very reasonable cost compared to setting up your own business from scratch - and was it the actual company that let me down - NO was it the actual product that let me down - NO - it was any previous sponsors I may of had, as their main goal was to sponsor and that was about it, and not much more.
Obviousley that left a very bad taste in my mouth not to mention that I became very disconnected with the whole idea, as I had no support from the very person/s who should have been not only looking after myself, but looking after their own business (I wonder where they are now?).
Well today is a big differant story - I have been very fortunate and lucky to have my current sponsor, as he and his wife have been there for me 150% on any question or support back up that I may need.
This makes one massive difference when trying to start out when you are not to sure about what you are doing, also when helping your very own recruits, they are there to offer any help which is needed, as it is in their interest to ensure that their people are well trained and looked after so the team can grow and grow and grow.
Not only finding a top sponsor I have been more than lucky with the product that I have found being Miessence to launch my business from as I truely love Organics, and the aromatic smell YUM.
By being taught and sponsored by a genuine person who looks after their team members, makes everything you do so much easier, and more importantly fun, as I feel most of us start part time, and move into full time once we have a team of our own to manage and look after.
So my hint is this:
Use the company and the product that they manufatcure as your tool and launching pad - However really look and hunt out a genuine sponsor of the product you fall in love with, as a genuine sponsor will really want you to acheive for you, and not just them, as if you acheive for you the rest will fall into place by itself.
For anybody considering Organics I would like the oppertunity to be your sponsor and become apart of my team, and let me help you grow your own team, while you help others grow theres.
I could right a book on all of this but I feel keeping it simple is the best way to get your message across.
Find your product that you love
Find your sponsor that will dedicate themselves to you
and you will be a success as you will have the support and back up to help you along the way... Most importantly you ensure you do the same to all of your team members, and everybody is a winner for ever and ever.
