Your very own Journal.
A Journal is a sheet of paper that lists your small and big successes. By reminding yourself about your successes, by pulling out that little sheet, you will be able to perform at a great level every day, even when you think it is going to be a hard day and things are not going your way.
There are times, you just need to be able to REMEMBER that you can do it, when your thinking is all negative and you are feeling down or nervous.
If you get depressed, pull out your Journal and you'll feel a whole lot better. It really works.
