Just a minor slip up, I wanted to post it here cause I needed to get it off my chest...

Did a party last night - a bit distraught, lady only had three people, herself her neighbour & the neighbours sister.  Sold not one CENT!! 

OK, had a full on day, very busy rushing around from party to party, driving an hour each way, signed my consultant up in Mareeba, she is awesome!!  Was late to party no. 2 phoned the hostess a couple of times to let her know I was running extremely late, arrived 10 minutes after the time I should have been there, she was great, it was all OK but I just don't like letting people down by doing that!!  So last party for the day, only to be let down by hostess not doing much to get people there, and selling nothing, not even a $6 charity!! 

I know its ok though, this lady has signed up for a Business in a Box and I am hoping that once she starts using her product her friends might buy some stuff from her, I am hoping thats what they were intending, they didnt want to buy off me knowing that she will be selling the product soon.... just got to get that into my head!!

OK its off my chest now, just gotta move on!!

Another big week ahead this week, have five parties booked including the launch for my Mareeba lady, have to shift sat nights party because DH wants a nice romantic night away for our 10th anniversary since we met.  She maybe OK its very unstable because she has a relative who is very ill, and they think she doesnt have too long... so she told me to just be aware, it could be moved.

OK guys, I have been working my little butt off this week!!! Woo hoo... I am on such a high!!

Current stats... $915 Retail sales + $400 retail still to go through, 4 new consultants, my forward programme this weekend, two parties plus one launch, wk 2 - 3 parties, wk 3 - 4 parties - no stopping me now!!  LOL  I am hoping by the showcase, Directorship will be inevitable.

I have signed up FOUR new consultants so far this month... thats like "HOLY SHIT"!!!  I have locked myself in my office today (only headed out the door for a toilet stop - then back into it!!)  I have made numerous phone calls for two things, we have our Christmas Showcase happening on the 23rd so just phoning to get numbers up for that and preselling tickets, also, with the school fete last week had lots of leads to follow up with also.  So yeah, a very successful day today and a very high telephone bill LOL.

I just phoned a lady who is just sick as a dog, I could hear her dragging herself to the phone yelling at the kid not to answer the damn phone, said she was so sick she couldnt even stand... I will phone her back towards the end of the week - hope she was OK.  I have booked about five more parties this week, had to clean up my diary, a few parties have moved so has left room now for more bookings...

Oh I just cant wait, its so exciting!!

Oh wow... what a crazy couple of weeks I have had!!!

Just one mental note for oneself... if it doesnt feel right... don't do it!!!  Just got into a little strife earlier in the week but its all ok it has been sorted out... kinda.

Well, starting from last weekend, had a (what I thought would have been huge) launch for one of my girls.  I phoned the day before the launch only to be told she had invited another couple of ladies to come and display their products.  So I arrived there, all excited, did the party and had a wonderful time.  Other two ladies stepped up and stole my show... then... the girls basically left... so... one sale for the day which should have been up around $500 to $600 - ended up a couple of hundred.  AND because it was a launch, it was given to the hostess anyway.  SO... I have booked another party for this weekend, hoping that we can get some other guests to the rendezvous and make her party at least a little worth while... mmmm will keep working on that one.  She has another rendezvous booked the following weekend for a close friend so hoping she can get her $1000 through before the end of the month.

Tomorrow (Sat) have another launch here in Cairns for a girl, really looking forward to that one also, she has heaps of people coming and has already 3 parties booked to kickstart her business.  So she is on a role - yee ha!!

OK... where the team is at... we are now half way through the month, I have finalised my $2K that I needed to achieve Directorship, two girls have put through orders just short of the $1000 each that they require to help me get there.  So have asked one to process a couple more orders (think she was going to do something this weekend) I said I would purchase something towards her kit if she could help me out and the other lady she has a couple of outside orders to process, hoping she will be done by next week - she is also happy to just purchase a couple more things for herself.  That just leaves me two more girls...  my last week's hostess and maybe tomorrows hostess... fingers and toes really tightly squeased.... please please please get me through this month!!!

Come the 16th of this month... I had a meltdown.  Phoned my Director, who in turn reassured me that all would be ok and that it will all fall into place when I am least expecting it!!!  Aaaarrrrggggghhhh just want it to happen now!!!  I am a kind of "organised" freak so like things to go my way - of course!!

So, although I am not really telling you too much for the past week, be assured we are still heading in the right direction... there is one person who I would love to get me teeth into, she would help me big time but have a couple of complications along the way so it may not go ahead at this stage but also someone to look into further down the track.  This person is a past consultant and doesnt live in my region but I know she has the talent and the power to go a long way... you never know what might happen.

Total consultants this month = 5, three have activated so all is good!!  Oooo just realised, I am only one away from the IPOD which is a sponsoring incentive - oooo, might have to look into that!!

OK another meltdown... I am tired... had to work on a Sunday, and had a stressful afternoon... and... I am sitting here stressing...

The lady whom I signed up last week and had her launch, tried to do another today in the Perfume.  Had three people turn up to her second launch one lady flatly refusing to smell the perfumes!  Then turned around and said she sells Amway or something and didnt want to get anything.  Left me with two small orders.  So wasted my time (again), didnt get home until 8.45pm.  Again, this is for the new consultant so she now needs to get out there and organise her own parties.

Mind you... in saying that I had a party before this second launch and it was FANTASTIC, booked another party from this one and put through $800 in sales so was pretty smitten with that.  Just feeling a little let down with all the effort I am putting into other people.

Chances are... I may not make it again this month (aaarrrggghhh and I told myself I wouldnt say that this month!!)  I have tried everything, pulled lots of strings to make it happen and its... well... mmm... still early days yet but I am panicking!

Need to go to beddy byes and sleep this one off...

Thanx ST and the other girls who are following my trip...  you put a tear to my eye knowing there is such great support out there.

Its a hard struggle, just didnt think it would be this hard.  You cannot rely on other people to get you over that line hence why I have been busting my butt trying to help get other people started.

Its still early yet so just need to wait and hold my patience a little longer... like you say, something could just turn the whole thing around. 

For some strange reason, all my parties for next weekend have moved out so I am hoping that there is something mysteriously going to fall into place this weekend.  Just see what happens here... just checked my LR account and nothing has changed since last week so... you never know what will happen. 

$2,000 - me... - big tick

$1,000 x 4 - thats all I need... - 2 big ticks... 2 to go!!

Total - $6,000 = DIRECTORSHIP  - woo hoo!!!

Had a rather long day today but the phone rang off the hook this afternoon, so...  the $800 party that I had up in Mareeba turned into a $1,000 party - woo hoo!!

Lady from Dimbulah (she is so sweet) was excited to tell me she had made her $1,000 for me.  I made her a deal, to purchase some product for her display so she is pretty excited to get that.

Phone call from the lady who had her launch on Sat night, she phoned me urgently wanting some help with a party on Friday night - I am there with bells on luv!!!  I told her if her hostess could get 10 or more girls there, she will have a free gift, I am feeling generous so are bound to find something exciting to give to her... that will bump up the sales for that consultant and we should get well over $600 - thats number 3!!!

No. 4... she has an Aroma party booked for Sunday... didnt really want to do this because this lady needs to do this for herself now but BUGGER IT - I'm gunna head up there and get her party well and truely plastered - will see this hostess at our Christmas Showcase tomorrow, so again... if she can get 10 or more people in attendance, she can have a free gift too - hell why not!!! LOL

Looks like we are there girls... I have a free day on Saturday if anyone wants another party!! LOL

The week is not over yet... so watch this space!!! LOL

Thank you all for your support... I just find... my friends and family don't see how special this is to me at this time... I guess until it has happened!

Then just have to get the orders loaded onto the system.  The cut of is midnight tues night so everything has to go through before then, even a few dollars short could throw everything out... I am sure it wont but are keeping a close eye on everything... watching it all unfold

I walked into DC today with the two boys and was given an order there and then for like $250 just like that!!! LOL  Like I had it tatooed alover my forehead!! LOL  Then today, have been dropping in paperwork and get requests for heaps more invites cause they have heaps of people to invite!!!  Aaaahhh such a good feeling!!
