Obviously there are those that have valid/legitimate reasons but one of my girls called today explaining that she had a hostess reschedule 3 times ! mmmmmm tuff one hey !

3 strikes and youre out,you are losing potential customers for those time slots......Plus most importantly this person has no respect for your business or your time!

I tend to agree with ST on this one.

Advice I give my team:

However if this person is constantly rescheduling i would then offer a date that I didnt really want to work anyway. She may stick to it or she may not given past efforts. You may have an unexpected party.

One thing I always tell my girls is that if someone postpones instead of doing nothing in that timeslot get on the phone  - you might get other bookings, sales etc. Do PD - product knowledge etc.

Personally, if i lose a booking this way I go out of my way to find 1 booking to replace it plus 2 others to grow my business.
