This bug that is circulating is one of the most agressive in years.
The only thing you can do is rest and keep you fluid intake as high as possible.
My poor daughter, works in child care and is going through the last of a series of nasty bugs.
However, these nasties get you when you are down - your body lets them in just in time to tell you that you must rest and maybe need to slow down.
I hope you get well very soon and are feeling 100% in no time.
