Check whether you have the 'Newest First' option switched on. It's on the right, above the postings. The alternative is to have the posts in date order, where they may make more sense. 'Newest first' is good for long threads where you just want to see the latest posts, not trawl through the entire conversation.

But if you leave it on, other threads will be a tad confusing!
