Can anyone tell me if they have received their items yet or if they know of her actual name so I can call the company?

I was wondering the same thing. I just Pm'd her, but saw she hasn't been online for two months. I checked my account to see if my payment went through to her, as I thought she may never have received my payment, but she did...so I don't know what is happening.

I got my package from Rails today. Her son was in an accident as Erin mentioned. I think she is getting her orders out now. I got a big apology note, and she is sorry everything has taken so long.
