Wow! HUUUUGE topic!
Start by getting out your diary and working out whwen you will do business. What evenings/daytime appointments will you make for parties? When can you do calls? Don't over commit or you'll burn yourself out and irritate your partner and kids by not being around when they need you.
Now you know when you'd like to work, you need to start filling those dates! Set a date in two or three weeks to hold you launch party. You might like to do two times on the same day, one for people who are free during the day and one for people who would prefer to come at night.
Email all your friends with the details and then call ALL of them plus anyone else you think of. Make up some invitation cards to give out to mums at nursery, school, doctor's receptionist, hairdresser etc. The most important things is to personally invite as many people as possible.
In the weeks before you party, read up on all your company's literature and if possible attend a party by your upline or someone in your team so you have some idea on how you want to run yours. Maybe to a practice presentation to your partner and get some feedback.
Prepare your materials - will you have samples or stock to sell from? How will you display it? Put your contact details on all order forms, comany literature, brochures etc. Clean the house and bathroom so you are ready for visitors. Have simple refreshments available.
Two days before your launch, call everyone to remind them to attend!
At you launch party(s), make sure you ask everyone as you take their order, "Would you like to have one of these at your house?" Have your diary ready to make a date, even if only a tentative one.
Call everyone who did not or could not attend to ask if they would like to have a party since they couldn't be at your launch. If they say no, offer them a brochure.
Once you start booking parties, everything else will fall onto place.
Good luck!

OR DID YOU MEAN, HOW DO I CHOOSE A PARTY PLAN? In which case, ignore the above!
