I find that I do this every time! It's usually only a minor error... but it is sooooo annoying to cop a delivery fee twice. If I had only checked the order properly before pressing 'submit'!
Last night for example, I unpacked an order and found I had ordered 3 of one item when I only needed one and one of another which I needed twice! Argh! Each item costs me less than $2, so it is no big deal, it's just the frustration of never doing it carefully enough to get it exactly right. I'm lucky in that I have fellow traders nearby who can usually come to the rescue when I finmd myself short - or even help me out by buying excess stock when I do a BIG over-order. But life would be much simpler if I could be more accurate!
Tell me I'm not the only one who makes this kind of error and only spots it when packing client orders?!

Your not alone i try and write everything down and then mark it off when i order it but have found myself short twice just lucky it was family.So now am checking everything three times over.
