Make yourself little Goals

Discussions : Goals and ambitions : Make yourself little Goals

Sometimes success can be daunting and can seem impossible to achieve! This is where well-formed outcomes come in to play. Cut your big goal up into loads of little ‘sub-goals’! Get a large sheet of paper and write your goal on the top and then dissect it into your sub-goals! You may find that for one big goal you have hundreds of easily achievable sub-goals that will make your road to success less bumpy!

Hi everyone,

January 2007 is finished and I hope you all had a really great month in the business.

There is a saying "if you do not write down your goals how will you ever  know when you are there"

Remember small goals will get you to big goals.

My January was really good and in a way I knew it would be. I started January 2006 with no bookings and no team members and in January 2007 I had 30 bookings in my diary with a team of 40 now.

So January I added 3 members to my team, had 11 shows, with 14 new bookings out of that.

I had another one of my girls go through sales leadership in the month of January, giving me 2 ladies who have teams of their own. This means my 2nd and 3rd line are growing and so are the bonus cheques.

Bring on February 2007.

Cheers
