The effects on the skin- the face particulary with sun damage, ageing, pollution and impurities and dirt shows and will only get worse and age more quickly if you dont use a Skin Cleansing Routine.
I have a picture to show anyone that is interested of a face- under UV light- thats does not use a routine, and you will seriosuly think twince.
I myself before signing with Nutrimetics had my own face looked at- I didnt use a system- and I was disgusted.
I now do use a cleanse, tone and moisturise- the Comfort range- which is for sensitive skin.
Even if it is not Nutrimetics that you would look at, please go out and look intot a system that would work for you.
