I started out wanting to do kids clothing or toys etc. As where I am there are limited supplies of everything...haha

But with the help of some of the girls on another forum I have decided "I think" to go towards Interior Design stuff. Candles, Dinner sets, linen etc

Our town is going through a huge boom at them moment and there are new houses going up left right and centre ;)

I am also in the building industry with a Family Business so this line of things should suite in really well for me

Damn.....I feel like a kid at Chrissy time i am soo excited....haha

Sounds like you are in the right place at the right time! It's so exciting and daunting all at the same time isn't it?  I'm sure you'll find some people here with the companies you are looking at who will be happy to lend some advice.

I have had a long break with my business just ticking along and I am about to crank it up again now.

Time just gets swallowed up by other things if you let it.

I know 3 ladies that do PP here in town. I have only just moved here myself (well 10 months ago) and it hasn't been as easy to meet people or make friends as I would have thought :(

I'm very new to this site too but welcome from me as well. I have done a lot of reading through the forums and I'm sure you will find a lot of help and great advice as I already have.

I'm a mum of a little girl who is 17 months and when I was looking at going back to work decided rather than full time I would like to do something that fits better with the balance I was looking for so came to the PP conclusion.

The PP I am involved in is Get A Little Personal which offers a range of personalised childrens cds and cd-roms, products for babies and children including musical instruments, toys and other personalised items and some photo products and lovely giftware for all ages. It is a relatively new PP and here in Adelaide I am the first consultant so very exciting introducing a new range and I would be happy to send some information to you if you are interested in looking into this one, just let me know.

i know EXACTLY what its like as well- i lived in karrachi for 11 years my self :)

as i have said- i wish i was up there doing party plan as i know what the boom is like!!! and i know the income people are on up there- they love to spend!!!!

I do this as a Hobby really to get out and get adult company as I enjoy staying at home for the kids and am lucky enough not to have to work.
