Hi and welcome to this site.
In order to message people you must click on their name and their profile will come up.
There will be a choice ADD TO MY Network.You click on this for a network request.The person will agree hopefullyand you will then be able to message each other.
Its all to help prevent spam.
Some of the ladies might help you and request you first.Hope thats clear as mud.

Yes ST's correct - Add them to your network first. You can then message each other all you want.
I know it's a bit annoying, but as our network grows so does the number of people trying to send unsolicited messages. We cannot make it too easy for people to anonymously contact multiple recipients on our network.
