Hi,

I am considering doing catalogue parties/sales instead of inhome parties as i dont have a car and unable to take stock to people's houses.

Anyone doing these catalogue only parties or sales have you been successful in getting people interested in buying from the catalogue?

Do you do the catalogue parties with inviting people to your own home as well?

I would be interested in knowing which pp companies do catalogue parties only.

i look forward to your replies.

thank you

Hello

I am with undercoverwear and i have found that catalogue parties can be sucessful but as long as you are prepared to do a lot of followup work with them. If you are prepared thought to put in a little extra work then cat parties can be sucsessful. I know though with UCW you have to do six parties in two weeks and they cant be =cat parties to get started.

hi, PASH has an associate package, which is for catalogue sales only, no parties, plus you can get parties for party plan consultants and you get a percentage of sales at the party, if you would like some more info , give me a buzz. di

nutrimetics have no pressure at all - you can join and then do nothing! There is no starter parties, and you choose how you want to run your business.

I do a lot of catalogue sales and catalogue parties - and they are very successful. I'd love to tell you more and be more specific - please send me a pm if you'd like to know more

good luck!

Depends on the product...with Jewellery I don't think you can sell out of catalogue as most people want to see the item, same as clothing etc

However, chocolate can be sold via a catalogue...and samples which are on their way up to you very very soon!

Enjoy!

Have done 1 choc catalouge party went well but she had been to a party so could explain most things to people .I think some things work others not i personally would like to see the products that's being sold unless  i knew them already. I think most people show them around instead of having everybody over.Hope this help and good luck.

Hi .....what an interesting question!!!

I have had catalogue parties and one was very successful selling over $1200.00 in products (being jewellery, shoes, stirling silver etc).  I think it depends on the person who is wanting to have a catalogue party.  I find it works particularly well if someones has already seen the products up front therefore they can let buyers know what the product is like (in their opinion).  However I have done catalogue sales without the buyers ever seeing the product and they are more than happy to purchase without looking and touching and trying. The best way promote this  is to absolutely love what your are selling and know all your products!   Hope this helps and goodluck
