HELLO, I am not sure where to post this, so sorry if it is the wrong forum. I have only just started in PP but I was given a task of getting 8 bookings within 4 weeks. Now in the right climate it would have been achievable. I work for a another company but in Direct selling not that I am doing $wise fab but I reached milestone in this company which not many new reps achieve with a small timeframe (5mths). Anyway cut a long story short. I have only been able to get 1 booking - I have had 9 knockbacks for the PP company. I realistically can't do both - I am not a quitter but what do I say to the Team Leader of the PP co - I also talked my dS customer into the booking the party so i don't want to leave her in the lurge either. Your suggestions and comments are welcome. regards thank u for reading

Hi there,
Firstly I am just trying to get my head totally around your post. Are you saying you are already with another pp company and have acheived something in 5 mths that isnt normally achieved so quickly and that you have a 2nd pp that you need to have 8 bookings for within 4 weeks and you only have one? Is this right?
If it is......I would firstly be looking at whether this 2nd pp is going to be more hassle than its worth? Are the people just not interested in the product or is it too expensive or what do you feel the reasons are for one being successful and the other not? Is it the same group or people you are mixing with?
In regards to what do you say to the Team Leader of the PP company, I would suggest speaking to her and telling her the truth. Tell her the difficulties you are facing. Give the reasons why people havent been booking. Decide if you really need this added pressure in your life.
Not meaning to give the company I am with a plug here. But with All Things Indian we dont put pressure like this on people. I know alot of companies do ask that you do a certain amount of bookings within a set time, but to me it places too much pressure on people, which is why we dont have any set targets.
i think you just really need to speak to your team leader and see if she can give you any helpful advice and perhaps be a little lenient with the timeframe you are given. If you show you are keen enough surely you can be given some tips and help to get you on your way.
Good Luck with it all.
