Some things are going a little far in the Off Your Chest Area and its getting to be a personal attack situation.
I guess when u get a group of girls together we can get a tad B***chy(did u notice our male members didnt join in)
Negative attitude is such a drain on energy and we must try to get back on track with using it for more important things in life.
Its lovely having so many new members so Mr PPPerhaps on the welcome note on signing up we can have a few guidelines thrown in about how to use the site and where to post(I know its simple but in excitement of being new we get a little lost)
Lets get back to having some fun,posting helpful advice,sharing experience and throwing some ideas around.
With the latest Off your chest it kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouthWe all have our opinions and they wont always be agreeable and there is Nothing Wrong with a Healthy disagreement.
Lets get back to what matters like running a fantastic PP business and Most importantly having some Fun and making great friends.

I do miss the helpful advice and chatting about random stuff, so hopefully this will clear the air and we can get back to our PP's and helping each other out...
Theres enough bad stuff and bitchiness happening in our lives now, so lets keep this site like our inner sanctum and our little escape from reality, free from bad stuff and negativity and a nice place to escape and have a good laugh!
P.S - Don't make me pull out the 'Pina Colada Song!'

Well said! I've deleted my topic as I don't want any new members to get the wrong idea of the site. I am moving on and would like everyone else to do the same. Wherever you go there will always be differences, but I would like to see them dealt with in private rather than the public forum. I'm sure people will be more responsive if they recieve a polite, well mannered message, that gently points them in the right direction.

I like ST's idea about letting new members know about the rules when they sign in, but wondering how many would read it and take it on board.
I'm wondering if a pinned message on the top of each board would work, and remind existing members on where to put things. A general one on the gen discussion forum, but thinking something along the lines of:
Questions and Answers
This is the place to post all of those questions you would like to ask our members about their businesses, about your business, and about anything else.
Goals and Ambitions
Post your goals and ambititions here and support your fellow party planners in theirs!
I know these are fairly straight forward ones, but you get the idea.
