Yippee, I am back at work doing my Jewellery shows and I tell you want. I missed it over Christmas. I had the best time.
Anyway my GPS took me to the correct Street or so I thought. I get out at Number 27, take out my suitcase from the boot and my carry bag and off I go to the front door. Knock Knock. No one home. I did confirm that morning. The house seemed awfully quite, with no cars. I checked the number on the post box. Yes Number 27 , that is correct. Made a call to my Hostess and Yes I was at the wrong house. ( I swear this is the first time ever I rocked up to the wrong house with my suitcase)
The house was on the corner a block away. Phewww! I breathe a sign of relief.. The show is going ahead!

Marina, its a pity that nobody was home at the first place - you may have got a booking out of it anyway!!! LOL

Wow , what a busy Lizzy.
I just haven't gotten into yet this year, I think I am in holiday mode still (kids are home - sleeping in etc). The work is there, but hey, it will be there next week and the week after too!!
About the lady not interested. I had one of these once. At a friends party, being all snooty, I was showing the intimate area shaver (yes ladies, this is one great product!!!), and she was like oh this is great and then asked the price and I told her ($160 - but when you consider that is the price of 3 brazillians or you could get it cheaper by holding your own get together), Well she carried on like a loon, saying oh that is ridiculous, too expensive , rah rah rah. Then at the end of the party, she came over and booked her own party. (Sorry for stealing on you Marina) At her party, there were soooooo many people and it was huge sales. She could of got the shaver for half price (der!) , but no, she bought it for full price at her party and took other stuff for discount!!! So go figure with some of these women!!

I had a show last night ( Wednesday night ) and made arrangements with my Dad to look after the children. Plans were at 5.30pm he would be at my house. At 5.40pm, he calls advising he was in a car crash. He is fine but the car is not. I call up my mum- in law and she said to bring the children over. I get on the road and start driving to her house, but the traffic was bumper to bumper. I had to be at the show at 7.30pm and the show was over 1 hours away. I was very pressed for time and started panicking.
I then did a U- turn and told the kids they were coming with me. I had to drive through the city and it was bumper to bumper and slow as a a snail.
To get to Helens house it was a steep ride up into the mountains, a long and winding road. The scenery was magnificent.
Got there 7.20pm and put on my Happy face ( I was bit stressed and tired from the driving and my dads car)
