I have had no luck with the company I have emailed 3 times no reply to any emails and I phoned and a lady took all my details and said someone would ring me within 2 days and 2 weeks later no phone call...

I am really dissapoined as I was really wanting to have a party and even if there is no consultant in my area a reply still would of been nice seeing they advertise on there site they reply within 2 days.......

I have heard on the grapevine that a few lady's in my town have had parties but they can't remember the consultants name so there must be one around that comes to my town.....

Anyway I will just have to give up searching now as I have run out of options......

Well I've tried to contact sketch kids for the last 3 days and NOBODY has called me back!  I was interested in becoming a consultant...and as you know live out west so if I ever hear back from them I will book you in.....

I was thinking of becoming a consultant too but seeing it is so hard to get in contact with them I have changed my mind, that is why I wanted to have a party first to see what the clothing is like first etc etc....

Margie are they always this hard to get in contact with?????  And why is it they have on there site they will get back to you within 2 days and they don't??????

Hi all,

Well there seems to be a lot of queries into why Sketch Kids head office doesn't contact people.

I have been with the company since last August 2007.  I myself personally have a well established client base. I personally run my business to a very high level and go out of the way for my customers.  My customers are my business.

I do belive that sketch kids have grown and they simply can not keep up with the demand.  I never have problems receiving goods, my orders are always processed on time.

In regards to contacting them i guess i have built a loyal business releationship so i persoanlly don't have that many communication problems. 

As an independent consultant I do not have the final say in who can be recruited in what area.  All i can do is refer details and request that potential consultants also refer me to sketch but sketch have the fianl say on this matter.  (ask angelmum how she was not allowed to become of part of my team, we were both disappointed with that, and both voiced our opinion)

I am loyal to the company and only belong to one PM company.  I will voice all of your concerns when i call them again next week but as i stated i am an independent consultant doing my own sketch business.
