Newbie auralites (sorry if i got this wrong) just posted this request in general re a specific product - I thought it was a great idea!  I for one would be happy to 'swap' (behave yourself MR PP).  So not sure who else, but it wouldn't hurt, even for a trial period.

Maybe make some guidelines 'pinned' .  EG :   You only need to post that you are willing to swap products - what you do and have and what for in general  (if applicable - you could make your post as general or as specific as required, if for say you are after a particular product eg KING SINGLE SHEETS) ONCE ONLY (that way its not going to get too congested, with bumps and i will contact you and blah blahs) - then if anyone is interested in your products they can contact you by messaging you.

eg of a post could be:  Hi I am [ExMember148] and interested in swapping products with most people.  Browse my site and you will see my range of products, or is there something specific you would like??  I am intested in scrapbooking etc etc I am allergic to whatever products and my sister does whatever so probably not be interested in those.  Thanks in advance.  Just add me to your network of friends and message me!!

Or I am scrappydodaday and I recently won a whole heap of extra products in a challenge for our company, I have no need for all these pink cardstocks and embellishments as I have 3 boys, so if you do kids clothing or kitchenware please message me.

Or I am plasticfantastic, our company has brought out its summer range and there are some fantastic new colours, however my display products are so last season - if you would like to swap some fantastic plastic for anything, and dont' mind last seasons colours, message me with your details and we can discuss what you have and what I have to swap.

ejsmum replied:

Yep - it's a good idea - the old barter system - still works after thousands of years!!

Kylie87 replied:

I would be interested in this as well. :)

I think it would be a great way to "trade" and both consultants can "Win" for want of a better word.  As said it could be item  relevant or just a general tade, most of us have excess product stashed in the cupboards, I know I do.  I want to trade sheets for candles if someone takes up my offer they can choose what items they want from the current catalogue to equal value.  They get a sale and so do I. so I feel win win.

Fantastic Idea, I would definitely be interested..

Brilliant !!

partyplans replied:

...or would you all be more interested in a general 'market place' where you could advertise these product swaps, plus things for sale, eg excess stock , upload pictures etc.

(ie a Classifieds section for the site as such)

?

Gail replied:

Yes that would be a great idea Mr PP a site called Classified/Sell or Swap.........

ExMember148 replied:

I think it is fairly unanimous, a SELL/SWAP/TRADE classifieds section!!

Cheers to you MR PP!!!!

gekhogirl replied:

Hi

I too would be interested. Great to Swap things rather than dealing in money!

nixandbuz replied:

I do have oodles of product sitting on my shelf, interested in swapping out too.

FoodDude replied:

Hi girls,

have you been on the classifieds ?  I believe they were started with the intention of having product swaps on them and it has just evolved from there.  Get on and have a looksy !!!
