Welcome to the forum !  This is definitely the site if you wish to  start your own home based business !  It's great to be able to stay at home whilst your kids are growing up.  You have so many more opportunities to be involved with their play time and their learning.  I up and left my job of 12 years 6 or so months ago, and I have never looked back.  I have replaced my income (and then some !), and I work less.  The best part is that I can do reading and maths with my daughters grade 2 class as well as go on excursions and do junior cooking demos (food is my absolute passion !!!) with my pre-school daughters class.  I should have done this years ago !

I wish you well in your search for a party plan business to join.  Do your research and don't be afraid to ask any question at all.

Which area are you from? There is a great get together organised for us Sydney folk next month out at Minchinbury, where you could have a first hand look and chat with all of us. If not from Syd, I am sure there are similar types of goings on in the other states.

I think when looking for a PP you have to find something that interests you or something you feel quite passionate about and that its not to hard to belong to...

But if you have any questions, please feel free to ask anyone here, they're all awesome people filled with awesome words of wisdom... :)
