I go through stages of being organised and unorganised.
I have folders that are covered in bright colours and prettyz so I don't dread looking at certain paperwork.
I also bought a set of those plastic drawers from GoLo or the Reject Shop and put catalogues in one, before party stationery in another, etc...
I think at the end of the day its just what suits you and your space...
