After many years of staying home looking after my kids I am now in a position to take on a job. I was looking at party plan as a way of working at a level that I can handle. Are there any companies out there looking for consultants to do with crafts? Scrapbooking. stamping, needlework that sort of thing.Thanks.

Hi Jaye

Welcome to the forum !  You'll pick up some great hints and tips here as well as meet wonderful women (and men) who have been empowered by owning their own business.  Its lots of fun  !

I am a mum of two girls, and I threw in my part time job of 12 years to start our company, and I just love it.  If anything, it gives me more energy with the kids as I know what I am working towards will benefit them in the long term.

Cheers

Hi Jaye & welcome, you will certainly find heaps of helpful information here.

There are also plenty of party plan companies available in your areas of interest ie. scrapbooking, stamping etc.  I've been to a few Stampin' Up workshops and really enjoyed them.

Best of luck with it all,
Jo

Hi Jaye,

Welcome to the boards!! You should be able to find numeous Party Plans that do scrapbooking, stamping, etc, here if thats what you are interested in! I am with PartyLite (candles and accessories), but I am also a consultant with Creative Memories, although only as a hobbyist. Stampin' Up is also a really good one - I buy their stuff all the time. Michelle is the lady to talk to about that. Where are you located?
