after reading this I sat back and took a deep breath and decided not to send her an email and just let karma do the work for me

sure did, I was at a party the following week and someone mentioned her name and of course my ears pricked up, so she told me her saga involving un delivered product and said she would never deal with her again. I wonder how many others have had a problem with her.
