I'm Lyndsey from Essentially for Women.  I have had been working in the party plan industry for a little over 7 years and have had the privilege of meeting many incredible women over the years.

During this time I realised that there were many reputable companies out there  providing their consultants with amazing product and business training yet so often what women really needed was strategy for life.  I have 2 wonderful kids one of whom has cerebral palsy and autism and life at home can sometimes be challenging to say the least.  I developed some really nasty addictions as a means to cope and noticed that there were many other women doing the same thing often with devastating consequences.
