So how on earth am I supposed to remember the names of my customers and their guests?

Buy those little sticker labels and put their names on.Its a great idea for guests who have just met at your party.I use this method when I do tours otherwise I seem very rude when I repeatedly forget their names.

The sticker labels work and can also be incorporated with a game.
One of the games I do is called "Famous People" and when I have the labels I tell them they can pick any name of a famous person (actor, athlete, singer, etc), it turns into a bit of fun because everyone continues using the names and it seems to break the ice... :)
