Just to let you know, I am still on track for my Directorship... March is looking huge at this stage, hoping to book 2-3 parties per week and sponsor another 2-3 consultants into my team.

Just attended a Directors meeting in Brisbane and its awesome, I am pumped and ready... bring on March... if I succeed and kelly knows about this, Le Reve are offering Directors an all expenses paid trip to Fiji in October (are you coming Kelly?), just need to have one of my consultants come out as a Director as well and its all go!!

Thanx for your support guys, had three parties booked in for Saturday 1st March and two moved already!!  Anyway, the third party was a good one, average sales but booked a U plus 2 and another party.   Also, met a lady who owns one of the Beauty Academy's here in town and she wants me to come in for training one day to show her staff that there is other things out there other than what they do at the academy... could see this as a good tool for new consultants...

ITS ALL GOOD!!

Have a full diary at this stage so its all stations go!!

Sad to say, I didn't make my goal this month... was not even close to it!!

Had just about every party change out or cancel... and feel like crappo.  I had a huge forward programme but it all went pear shaped.   So, looking forward to a more stimulating April.  Again, have a huge forward programme and hope that I will hold this month!!

OK - so I am sick of dragging my lip around because I didnt get in for a Director in March but want to say, my April forward program is still looking good, have a few people to follow up with and a few more to confirm parties...  fingers and toes crossed it will go to plan, (maybe just a month out!!) plus I feel like a new ME I have had my hair cut and some foils put in so look LOOORRRVVVEEEELLLYYYY!!!

I went out and got some new clothes to go with my new 'million dollar look'. Hair is next.

It is so motivating when we take time to nuture ourselves.

Had a huge eventful first weekend of APRIL - had three partys and sold over $2,000 worth of products - its given me the boost I need.  Booked more parties from those I had and I am signing up one of the hostesses to join me in my team!!

Its really exciting to say the least - so PLEASE everyone keep your fingers and toes crossed that it all goest to plan!!!  I said to my husband if I could do this every weekend I would be stoked!!  I have a huge forward program happening which is fantastic so (touch wood) all is good at this stage...

Kelly - just to let you know, I am busting my gut to get on this FIJI trip let alone Founders for this month!!

Does anyone need any Le Reve products at the moment?  Need any top ups on oils, perfumes or skincare?  (Just thought I would do a plug while I was here!!)  LOL

My update - I swear this is like writing a Blog! LOL

Well, what a month so far and only just over half way.

I have had some great weekend parties, put through a total of $3,500 retail so far this month, signed up another consultant in my team who is excited to start doing parties.  So I have actually qualified for Founders which I am really excited about and also achieved being able to take my husband with me (its a wonderful dinner with the big bosses of Le Reve.

I am really unsure as to where I am as far as my Directorship, I have a team under me now but not alot of these girls want to activate and start selling product which makes it hard.  For me to achieve directorship, I have put through a minium of $2,000 retail and have four consultants sell over $1,000 each, this is where I am having the trouble.

Its OK, are working hard to find consultants to join my team, which is what is happening.

Kelly, if you are reading this, have you got any ideas you could share.
