I need to get a folder and just have it for the party plan bit and to work on one bit at a time rather than a bit here and a bit there and then go back to  one bit etc.

i need someone to help me stay focused each bit of the way and motivate me to get 1 bit at a time ranther than dp 1 bit then another and then go back to something that i hadn't finished otherwise i'll never get the organising bit finished.
