1. make sure she has a complete hostess pack - go through it with her in person to answer an questions
2. find out what she wants to get from the party
3. adapt your hostess coaching to help her achieve what she wants
4. keep in contact - you want her to introduce you to her friends by name, not as the "xyz lady"
5. let her know if there is anything you need from her - minimum guest attendence for gifts etc
