Also to increase my sales and recruits with my business's one small step at a time, and not to stress out about it, as long as I know I did my best all year that's what will matter to me.

To support and help other people in business, by networking or recommending their business to the community at large.  I know last year by people networking with me they gave me some useful leads.  Thank you for that, I would like to return the help given me.
