I think you will find there are not many if any! But most have ways of paying off the fee, and now a days they are all really quite cheap!! It would be interesting however to find out how a PP could not charge you to join and still be able to have a kit?!.....

We are free to join as such - but you have to have a Starter show. Instead of getting your normal hostess gifts you get your kit. I think there are a few out there like that - Tupperware is similar I think.

I do know that avon offers the free to join every now and again. Quiver also now has a no cash outlay 12 party trial aswell and you can recieve a free kit through it if you continue on
