Normal when I'm ticked off I would respond with a post that does not name names. However this time I'm so angry I am breaking my own rule to warn others.
In september I order something from jigsaw for Elizabeth's birthday present (her birthday is this month) on the guarantee that it would be here well before now. THREE months later no sign of it! I rang their head office to find out what is going on and was told that they had sold out and wouldnt be getting anymore of what i ordered until next year. And had been sold out since september! When i asked why i was promised it by october and why they had taken the payment from my credit card they gave me no explanation what so ever.
The only response i got was that they would contact the consultant and ring me back. This was over 4 hours ago.
Never, ever again will I purchase from jigsaw and I will be telling all my friends, family and customer to do the same.

Thats pretty dreadful that they have taken the money but haven't given you any product!

Now I am really ticked off. Neither the consultant or the company have bothered to get back to me and I have rang them on 3 seperate occasions. Elizabeth's birthday party is rapidly approaching (22/12 - her actual birthday is 24/12) and I have no birthday present for her.
I would strongly urge people to think twice before dealing with this company.

I'd definately think twice before having anything to do with this company after the way they have mistreated you!
