I really appreciate the time you have taken to give this gift to me. My gift this year from my husband is some new lawn for the front yard at our home, I have been waiting 2 years for it and it looks lovely (I just hope we can keep it alive).

I have just been in hospital for an operation thankfully it all went well,  getting this lovely gift from a total stranger was something to look forward to.
