I just can't seem to find a website that i can just add a photo and print the calendar and photo on one sheet of paper. I found this page on Google, maybe there is something on one of these sites that woudl suit you. There are so many options .... have fun looking.

That seems to be a good one, you can upload a picture and then print out your calendar.
