Hi Richard,

I am with the Learning Ladder and they have a base commission of 20% if you sell $500 or more in the month.  At $1000, it is 27%, $2000 - 28%, $3000 - 29% etc.  When you are a Sales Leader it is a base of 33%.  I am not sure after that as I have never earned more than $3000, nor am I a Sales Leader.

Kelly replied:

We are 25% more matter what the sales. 5% bonus if we sell over $1750 for a month. royalites on downline (direct from company), extra bonuses for directors and above

scrappy replied:

Hi we start at 33% and I get 40% just on product, and 6% on ALL downline sales in the first 3 lines. Also get bonuses of $1000 a month depending on activity, and no party minimums so I get paid even if I stay home in my PJs all day!!

Hi richard,

I guess you know what my comission is from Party Plans as I am a fellow Miessence rep, just thought I would post here as I haven't done so for a while and as I was the only Miessence rep here for a little while I thought I would say hi.

I am with Pro-Ma Systems. And we start at 30% and as you move up the ladder you earn up to 50%.

Mandi replied:

Hi Mandy

do you have to reach a sales target first to get the 30%

we are looking at 20% of the RRP as our commision for our consultants

chocolateaddict replied:

We are on a flat rate of 30% if you have paid for the starter kit in full. We have no uplining, no recruiting or monthly party minimums. Although they do "like" you to have 2 a month there is no demand. I have always had at least 2 anyways.

FACJeweller replied:

Hi Richard,
In answer to your question, I am a Fifth Avenue Collection Jeweller & I receive a massive 50% commission on each sale that I make!!  The majority of people purchase the jewellery at the shows & they love that they are able to take their jewellery home with them instantly.  Therefore, the cash is in my pocket immediately.

All consultants purchase their jewellery from FAC at a 50% discount too :)
We make 100% profit on all the jewellery we sell :)   Can't get better than that!

Only 3 people need to be sponsored before Consultants can start earning 5% 'overrides/bonuses' from their downline.  You only need 5 recruits to start being paid overrides/bonuses as a Sales Leader!

FAC is a wonderfully magical business to be in.  I love every second of it.

I hope that helps :)
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Have a great day.

Hi Richard

Interesting that you should ask this!!!!!

The company I work for gives it's consultants 20% commission on sales and they also have the opportunity to earn an extra 2.5% bonus on top, when monthly sales are greater than $2800.

We also have Team Leader bonuses and company cars as well as trips away....

The thing although to ask is.... What are the party averages? Some may earn higher commisions but it may be on smaller sales amounts. Also some companies can buy their products very cheaply, then mark them up a lot to pay for consultants commisions, this then reflects in the consultant finding it harder to book parties.....Also do you pay for hostess gifts and special promotions? This will eat into what you earn.

I really think at the end of the day, they all work out the same and you have to choose what is right for you....I always say it is like a diet, what works for some may not for others, you may just need to find a new diet!!!!!!!

This is to show no disrespect to anyone, or the company you are working for, if you are happy at the end of the day that is all that matters.....You can't sell something you don't believe in.

Jo

P.S As a consultant I sell between $6000 and $10,000 a month and as a Team Leader I earn my bonus on Team sales of between $70,000 and $120,000 a month.....I also drive a fully maintained Holden Captiva company car. I am not posting this to big note about myself, just to show the reflection in what you earn as opposed to what your commission is.....

Hi Richard,

SeneGence distributors can get the following commissions:

1.Earn profits on the retail sales of SeneGence® cosmetics and skincare - you can get from 20% to 50% discount on stock then resell at retail price.

2. Quickly begin earning commission based on Distributors you sponsor.

3. Earn monthly bonuses based on group sales volume.
