try this one ladies!...this can be varied to suit any business, anytime!
get/make inexpensive xmas cards and issue each person at the party with one, including vip!.
get each person to write down 5 names they have not bought gifts for,....give them a general list to think about eg: relatives ,the in-laws ,friends, the spare gift for the unexpected guest!,anyone they are visiting on xmas vacation, neighbour, work collegue, boss, child, ur childs friend/ teacher etc , etc............ this list will make them think of gifts as well as their own desires during ur demo........ and emphasize each product u demo as a potential gift!..point out their list throughout ur demo...a sml pressie can be given to first person who completes list of 5 names
( optional)........midway thru ur demo get each guest to write a further 2 names...a sml pressie can be given to first finished
at the end of ur demo, get each guest to look at their list and then promote, promote, promote the benefits of savings they would acheive if they hosted their own party....tell them how many days are left til xmas day & what is ur final order/ payment date to recieve orders for xmas!.. sml pressies can be given for bookings, first list of 7 pressies to 7 names completed etc, etc
xmas lists are a quik reminder of how close its getting and the list of ppl to buy for are in front of them as a constant reminder, as well as u reminding them how much better and simpler it is to shop in their seat & not on their feet in mile long checkout/layby queues!
let each person keep their card to take home with them, then when you ring them later to thank them for attending the party , ask them if they would like to order anything else for anyone they missed on their card or anyone else they may have thought of since the party whilst they stil have the chance to do so.
after xmas, change the list from xmas to special occasions list throughout the new year, - birthdays , anniversaries, valentines, easter, weddings ....u get my meaning!
happy bookings and bigger sales ladies, hope this benefits someone! cheers Debbie-Ann
